Web sales of POPPY Records are handled by the Waveney Web Shop. You can make your purchase in US dollars, UK pounds sterling, Euros or Australian dollars. When the transaction is complete, details will be passed on to POPPY Records for the goods to be dispatched.

Postal Purchase
Orders by post should be sent directly to POPPY Records at the address shown on the order form and accompanied by a cheque in UK pounds sterling only.
Dispatch
Goods will normally be dispatched within one week of the order being received. If a delay is anticipated, the purchaser will be informed by e-mail, provided a suitable contact address has been given.
Claims for non-delivery, damaged or faulty goods should be made in writing or by e-mail to the contact address of POPPY Records
POPPY Records cannot be held responsible for events beyond their reasonable control. These may include (but are not limited to) stoppages of the Internet, stoppages of the postal service, disruption from external causes.
The liability of Poppy Records shall be limited to the value of the materials supplied. Poppy Records will not be held liable for any other losses. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All transactions shall be governed by English Law in English courts
